How to Access Your Owner Account Information:

After logging in you can view your owner accounting information, change your personal account and contact information, and consent to receive emails (e-Consent). You can also change your owner account password and notification settings after you have logged in.  

Property notifications for upcoming work or emergencies will be posted to the secure log-in site for owner information. If you have agreed to e-Consent you will receive property notifications by email.

Nestled amongst numerous mature evergreens, Brandy Lane Phase 1 is located at 10457 19 Street SW Calgary in Braeside, near the Southland Leisure Centre.  The generous green space and landscaping give this quiet complex has a mountain resort feel; yet it is conveniently located to transit, access to major roadways and many amenities.


Constructed in 1977, the development consists of 4 building blocks, each with 5 - 7 units for a total of 24 townhouse style units.  The buildings are two story timber frame construction with asphalt shingle gable roofs.  The buildings are finished overall in cedar wood siding, heavy rough sawn wood trim and timber planters and trellises.  All units have rear ground level or slightly raised decks.  

Unit styles are staggered and reversed to provide a random aesthetic.  Back yards and green space are populated with varied trees and shrubs. The development layout has an asphalt road leading into the centre area, with main level garage and carport entries.
